I oversaw operations, communications, and donor relations for the nonprofit Alice Waters founded around edible education, and led production on its multi-day educator trainings — objectives, venue logistics, vendor relationships, run of show.
The scale is the point here: a $2M operating budget, a 75,000-contact CRM, 500 people a day across three training days, and a team of sixty on the ground.
